Release Records annouces 4.0
Release Records has just announced the release of version 4.0 of the site. There are several new features to take advantage of, including a Flash Player, Sales Charts, streamlined browse/search cabailities, Recommendations, Top 10s, Promos, DJ Mixes, Sample Packs, and much more. Additional new features will be added in the coming months, as well as tons of new labels.
I’m a fan of Angus Robinson in general, he’s a nice guy and has been a solid breaks DJ (voted 38th in the Breaks Poll this year) and Producer for a while now and both Release Records and Money $hot, his label, seem to be enjoying success despite the closing of the physical shop and loss of Intergroove distribution. I hope to make it up to Toronto one day to check out the scene which I hear is quite amazing. There so much great music coming out of the city, I’m sure it has to be Tits.
